Join Defence on a full time basis working 37 hours a week to create exceptional food experiences. As a Chef, you'll prepare and serve high-quality food, overseeing menu changes and customer feedback. Your responsibilities include monitoring inventories, kitchen cleaning, and food safety.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
* Overseeing and implementing menu changes
* Identifying opportunities to improve food services
* Listening and acting on customer feedback
* Supporting with new menu and food concept creation
* Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories
* Overseeing kitchen cleaning and hygiene
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health regulations
Our ideal Chef will be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service, holding a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, and having experience supervising a team and in a similar Chef role. A flexible approach to working and Food Hygiene certificate are also required.
