This opportunity is working with a busy and continuously growing Payroll and Compliance Team and is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key to the Role: Onboard workers and clients to ensure full compliance with requirements. Monitor multiple inboxes to ensure timely responses and actions. Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks. Maintain and update compliance documentation and records. Assist in the preparation of audits and data for clients. Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry. Follow and suggest improvements for internal processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner. Experience using multiple platforms and systems. Ability to switch easily between tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
