What you’ll do:
1. Greet visitors and patients entering the hospital
2. Answer direct phone calls
3. Manage email correspondence
4. Prepare and distribute reports
5. Assist with HR duties
6. Provide general administrative support to the team
What you bring:
1. Computer literacy – MS Office packages
2. Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
3. Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
4. Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
