About the role:
At Triage we help people succeed. This role will play a key part in not only supporting participants move into new career and job opportunities, but succeed there.
The Employer Services Resourcer is responsible for identifying, shortlisting and pre-screening candidates for the recruitment process sourced by our Employer Services team. This role will support participants in moving into new career and job opportunities and provide general administrative support to the recruitment function. You will assist the team with large, regional employers to secure bulk vacancies and work collaboratively with the Employer Services Senior/Consultants to fill as many roles as possible through our caseload of participants, including those who have completed training and those involved in employer-led training courses.

Required criteria:
* Experience and a track record of success working in a recruitment and/or administration role.
* Experience of successfully delivering administrative duties.
* Experience of using a CRM to manage employer activity/performance.
* Able to motivate and drive own activity to ensure targets/KPIs are achieved.
* Evidence of relevant attributes such as Challenge and Resilience, Flexibility and Adaptability, Accuracy and attention to detail, Impactful Communication, Tenacity, Planning and Decision Making, Selling and Influencing, and Team Orientation.
* Technical skills including good knowledge of the local labour market and Triage’s Adult Skills offer.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, organisational and time management skills with the ability to build professional relationships effectively.
* Understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a recruitment context.
* A willingness to go the extra mile and strive for excellence in all tasks.
* Experience of delivering recruitment or assessment processes.
* Ability and emotional intelligence to overcome employer perceptions and promote and educate them on schemes such as Disability Confident, Access to Work, and Ban the Box.
* The ability to work under own initiative, manage personal diary, and think outside the box.
* Willingness to travel as required.

Recruitment:
* Understand and support the sales process.
* Provide first line support for all enquiries.
* Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
* Support the candidate pool for those who have completed training and employer-led training courses.
* Develop and maintain understanding of the local labour market.
* Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates.
* Identify, attract, shortlist, and present candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the employer brief.
* Share vacancy opportunities internally.
* Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
* Support the facilitation of employer events, for example, employer fairs.
* Support the maximisation of repeating business and developing existing accounts.
* Help to identify organisations with potential for providing recruitment opportunities at Triage locations or programmes.
* Challenge pre-conceptions of specific sectors/employers and motivate participants by selling job opportunities.

Customer Service:
* Provide information, advice, and guidance to employers on how to attract, select, support, and retain disabled talent, promoting where appropriate the Disability Confident scheme.
* Educate operations teams and programme participants about opportunities available in key industry sectors.
* Represent Triage as required on behalf of the Employer Services Team.
* Ensure all recruitment services are delivered in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identified within SLAs.
* Ensure employers’ requirements and expectations are always met.
* Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times.
Administration / Compliance:
* Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database.
* Logging and providing detailed feedback on internal systems of conversations had with participants.
* Record and monitor learner progression upon completion of training.
* Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice.
* Comply with all relevant sector-specific legislation.
* Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities.
* Seek support and escalate non-compliance where appropriate.
* Monitor responses/applications received and ensure that candidates' applications are processed efficiently.
* Support diary management for the Employer Services Team.
* Admin related tasks in the preparation of recruitment activity such as printing packs/applications.
