Vivisol are currently hiring for a Respiratory Warehouse Operative at our storage and oxygen filling plant based in Stirling. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to help us check stock, package and send equipment, clean and test devices, and complete delivery notes. The Respiratory Warehouse Operative position is a warehouse-based role with a shift covering 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, but all training will be provided.
Primary duties & areas of responsibility
* Ensure that all Respiratory service orders are picked, packed and dispatched within KPI.
* Load the required prescriptions onto each device as instructed by the Respiratory Support team.
* Report stock shortages to Supply Chain Admin.
* Ensure all processes related to respiratory services are followed correctly.
* Ensure Delivery Notes are sent out with deliveries.
* Participate in annual stock counts.
* Clean and test all devices.
* Complete all actions on PDAs.
* Label and re-label assets as required.
* Any other duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience
* Good organisational skills.
* Will require an Enhanced DBS.
