Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding part-time role? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring individuals to join a thriving Breakfast and After School Club team in Reading.
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Club Worker to support children before and after school. You will play a key role in providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for primary-aged pupils.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting up and supervising a range of fun, age-appropriate activities
* Preparing and serving breakfast and snacks
* Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at all times
* Supporting children's social and emotional development
* Maintaining good communication with staff, children, and parents
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working with children (formal or informal)
* A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative
* An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
