Job Title: Special Support Assistant Salary: £23,413.78 - £24,771.87 (FTE £27,343 - £28,929) Location: Croydon Hours: 36 hours per week, 44.65 weeks per year We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Special Support Assistants to join a newly formed class at a specialist satellite and outreach service for young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). You will play a key role in supporting students with high anxiety and individual needs, providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment.
