Job Description:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content-driven marketing strategy that enhances Plyable’s brand awareness, generates leads, and nurtures prospects through the sales funnel. You will be hands-on with content creation, ensuring our messaging is engaging, informative, and aligned with our audience’s needs.
You will also take ownership of HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, email campaigns, and performance tracking. Your role will involve optimising online marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media, to ensure maximum reach and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a content marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and customer pain points.
2. Write, edit, and publish high-quality, SEO-optimised content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, website content, and email campaigns that educate and engage our target audience.
3. Create compelling sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and datasheets, to support the business development team.
4. Work closely with industry experts and customers to develop thought leadership content and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, HubSpot automation, and content strategy.
5. Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content channels.
6. Own and manage our HubSpot CRM for marketing workflows, lead scoring, email campaigns, and attribution tracking.
7. Set up and track email marketing campaigns and outreach cadences, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
8. Optimise lead nurturing processes, including segmentation, follow-ups, and retargeting strategies.
9. Organise and coordinate Plyable’s presence at events and conferences.
10. Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns, tracking ROI and A/B testing content to optimise performance.
11. Oversee social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, to expand Plyable’s online presence.
12. Analyse and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting to make data-driven improvements.
13. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content creation, digital marketing, and CRM management.
2. Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating technical and engaging content.
3. Proficient in using HubSpot CRM, including automation, email marketing, and campaign tracking.
4. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing.
5. Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, and similar tools.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of the aerospace, automotive, and/or marine industry.
8. Knowledge of composites and manufacturing.
