Your tasks: * Support the execution of outsourced warehousing activities, including Goods Receipt, Storage, Picking, Packing, Goods Issue, Returns, and Disposal. Oversee transportation and the local supply of Finished Goods in the UK and Ireland * Optimize stocks to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics & inventory operations, including systems * Actively manage the supplier performance through systematically and analytical performance review meetings * Seek for continuous improvement in the assigned scope; challenge existing processes and align with our supplier for improvement potentials * Manage stock aging, collaborate with the planning team, and organize scrapping processes while suggesting and promoting innovative ideas for improvement. * Review and validate invoices for final approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgets and financial procedures * Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate on reporting and dashboard design for clear visibility into performance metrics * Ensure an appropriate and accurate communication with stakeholders (vendors, internal and external customer, and other FME function) * Review, control and manage local Budget regarding categories, GL’s and cost centers under scope * Support import/export tasks and local regulatory requirements. * Maintain accurate Material Master Data and ensure the smooth operation of systems and tools * Manage and follow up on complaints from customers, patients, and sales departments, driving resolution and improvement Your profile: * University degree in a technical or economic field, specializing in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline * At least 3 years in an international supply chain organization within the healthcare or MedTec industry, with a broad range of experience (warehousing, transportation, demand planning, procurement, etc.) * Over 5 years of experience in a logistics environment with a proven track record in vendor and contract management * Experience managing supply chain indicators, processes and market requirements * Solid understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Management with deep knowledge in logistics operations * A customer-oriented, results-driven approach to work, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively across all organizational levels * Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines * Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial processes * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP (SD & MM modules), Warehouse Management software (e.g., Elvis, WM, EWM), and planning software (e.g., SAP APO, SAP IBP) * Fluent in English, both spoken and written * Willingness to travel as required, with a valid driving license
