Digital Acquisition Manager
Location: Remote or Hybrid (2 days Wilmslow, 3 days from home)
Working Hours: 8:30 - 5 PM

The role
We are looking for a results-focused, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join the central marketing team at The Citation Group.
Working within a team of digital delivery specialists, you will own and drive forward the PPC strategy and support the Acquisition and Experience Leads with the creation and delivery of the overall digital strategy.
You will have experience in managing large budgets, working with senior stakeholders, possess a detailed understanding of digital marketing analytics and what the numbers mean to a business.
You'll be joining a fast-growing team and will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and be part of a business set to triple in size over the next three years.
Responsibilities:
1. Support with the development and implementation of the digital strategy
2. Create and manage new/existing marketing campaigns across multiple brands to generate leads and hit KPIs
3. Work alongside brand, content and acquisition teams to deliver engaging and relevant online content/resources
4. Review analytics and produce reports to analyse with the Digital Lead
5. Work alongside the internal SEO/digital experience team to maximise synergies
6. Work alongside Digital Marketing and Dev agencies to continually optimise campaigns and improve performance
7. Use Salesforce CRM to track successes and inform changes
8. Liaise with the wider marketing team to maximise collaborative online opportunities
9. Understand the full sales cycle and the value of PPC leads within that sales cycle
10. Have an excellent understanding of data and an ability to quickly parse complex reports to identify trends and key information.
11. Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
About you:
1. Previous PPC & Paid Social experience in a Digital Marketing role or digital agency environment
2. Proven experience in generating large volume lead generation activity and conversion, using digital tools.
3. Strong Google Analytics knowledge and channel marketing analytics
4. Knowledge of e-commerce / digital P&L
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis
6. Ability to use data to deliver marketing campaigns and gain audience insight
7. Experience of working alongside agencies
8. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
9. Comfortable using CMS applications
10. HTML experience would be great but is by no means a must
