An opportunity has arisen to join a successful manufacturing company, based on Flixborough & Foxhills Industrial Estate.
Our client is looking for an experienced Production Trainer to join us on our mission of preserving food and the planet by offering high quality, Eco-friendly products and taking advantage of the virtuous recycling loop.
This is a Permanent role after successful completion of a 12 week probationary period with the company.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Promote learning and development of the team, across different departments.
2. Delivery of onsite inductions to new starters and contractors.
3. Support in the development of SOPs across the site by engaging with department leads.
4. Delivery of all SOPs to all departments.
5. Continuous review of the quality of training, following up with department leads where required to update training appropriately.
6. Delivery of bespoke training sessions.
7. Maintaining and updating systems to ensure the training matrix is audit ready at any given moment.
8. Conducting regular training audits.
9. Organise external training courses through local providers and colleges.
10. Train to be a SAP super user to support with SAP roll out across the business.
11. Support the quality department in various QA tasks as and when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. SAP experience desirable but not essential.
2. Train the trainer certified.
3. Strong background in adapting teaching styles to suit the trainee.
4. Excellent IT skills.
5. Strong organisational skills, ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively.
6. Willingness to gain in depth knowledge across all departments in the business to be able to provide continuous support for new starters and existing employees alike.
Hours of Work:
3 week rotating pattern 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. Weekend overtime as and when required.
Salary:
Salary can be discussed at interview, 27K+
