Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of IT support technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
* Provide on-site technical support to clients in and around the Richmond London area, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
* Configure and implement Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards across client environments.
* Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and VLANs.
* Implement and administer Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments, including group policies and security policies.
* Implement and administer Azure cloud services for client solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
* Manage client builds and imaging processes.
* Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
* Maintain adherence to industry best practices and company policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all levels.
* Identify and communicate potential issues or improvements to the team and management.
* Assist in project management, resource allocation, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Benefits:
* £45,000 - £60,000 per year depending on experience.

Requirements:
* Valid driving license and own vehicle essential for travel to client sites.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within the IT industry.
* Proven experience in configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
* Strong proficiency in Office 365 Cloud services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
* Deep understanding of network infrastructure maintenance and installations.
* Extensive experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 (including Group Policies and Security Policies).
* Proven experience with Azure administration and implementations.
* Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
* Familiarity with client builds and imaging.
* Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong team player with independent problem-solving abilities.
