Setting up new supplier bank payments. Reviewing and approving staff expenses. Acting as the first point of contact for the finance team and supporting with queries. Reconciling credit and debit notes, including Tax and VAT compliance. Supporting the Office Administrator with weekly payroll processing. Assisting with the annual audit process. Supporting ad hoc projects as required. Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts role. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced finance department with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
