Main Duties of the Job
As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time in their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and rewarding part of the role. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

Job Responsibilities
As a newly qualified nurse at HC-One, you will be supported to grow in your career with our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme, helping you to build on your existing skillset while practicing in a nurse-led environment. You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; therefore, it is important that you can recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
