Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOs) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. YOUR ROLE
As Facility Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and undertaking all clerical and administrative duties associated with our site, ensuring effective delivery to all customers and staff. You'll also oversee the maintenance and care program of operating equipment and consumables.
Based on the Edinburgh Parks site, on Kaurna land, your role purpose is:
Manage the Reception area and visitor/contractor logs
Coordinate office services, file management, and supply maintenance
Prepare correspondence and documentation, including reports and cost estimates
Develop work instructions and implement regulatory requirements
Process accounts, claims, and maintain stock levels
Monitor and manage access to the restricted area

Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Previous experience in Defence and/or logistics would be highly advantageous
Current holder (or have held in the past) of a Defence Security Clearance of Baseline or above
