Our Customer Service team at LiveWest are the heart of the business acting as the first point of call for all our customers queries. We pride ourselves in supporting all our customers and champion ourselves on playing a key role in solving the UK's housing crisis.
This role can be demanding, challenging and ultimately very rewarding. No two days will be the same. This role is suited to people who remain calm under pressure, good at problem-solving and have excellent interpersonal skills, with an empathetic nature.
You will need to have a range of skills to be able to deal with often stressful and emotional situations, whilst also demonstrating compassion and empathy to all customers, no matter what the situation.
Our Customer Service team not only build strong, trusting relationships with our customers but we work dynamically across the business with other colleagues to provide the best quality homes.
We have multiple channels in which our customers can contact us. This includes:
- Phone.
- Email.
- Social Media.
- Live Chat.
- Web Forms.
You will need experience in using different IT systems including Microsoft 365 and comprehensive training will be provided for this role.
This opportunity is for 20 hours per week, working Monday 9am to 5pm, Wednesday 10am to 5pm and Friday 11am to 5pm.
About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Customer Services Adviser you will:
- be completely committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
- have excellent communication skills, whilst being patient and empathetic with our diverse customer base.
- have an inquisitive mind with the ability to draw out key information, therefore ensuring the customers' repairs are fixed on a first time basis.
- have good IT and record keeping skills with the ability to multi-task.
- be committed to our values; We are Customer Focused, We Challenge Convention, We Deliver Together.
We also offer an onsite café, a car share scheme and free parking.
You may have experience in: customer care, customer facing retail, hospitality, inbound call centre, contact centre, customer service centre, Social Housing, Housing Association.
