Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus commission.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

The role:
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, up selling products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, building rapport and trust
Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics and KPIs
Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendationsSkills required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
