The team are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the electronic rostering system whilst offering support, training and guidance to users of all levels in order to ensure safe and effective rostering along with effective and accurate absence and time and attendance reporting. Role overview Senior support role providing a comprehensive and full ranging electronic rostering support service. Ensuring the electronic rostering system is utilised to its fullest, maintaining the quality of the data base and providing appropriate advice and guidance on the use of the system. It is essential the post holder exercises initiative and judgement using acquired skills and knowledge, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Key responsibilities To play a key role in implementing and managing the eRoster system Trust wide. Take responsibility for the day to day processes of the eRostering system. Provide second line support for the eRostering support desk. To work as part of a team ensuring an accurate and timely payroll is produced in accordance with defined deadlines. To co-ordinate and plan training for new and existing users of all levels. Responsible for the performance and development of your team. To manage own workload and work without supervision but with support and guidance from seniors.
