What you'll do:
Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
Schedule cleaning tasks and monitor performance to meet agreed standards
Coach and develop your team members, promoting their growth and well-being
Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
