Responsibilities of PR Manager (Wealth Management)
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications leadership to devise and execute external communication strategies.
* Generate compelling communication content, including press releases, blogs, articles, infographics, and videos; proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading is crucial.
* Manage day-to-day activities of PR agencies, overseeing both proactive and reactive PR efforts.
* Serve as a brand advocate internally and externally, ensuring consistent adherence to company-wide brand guidelines and alignment with the broader marketing team's initiatives.
* Ensure all communication materials are aligned with briefs, client-centric, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards; conduct thorough proofreading before publication.
* Coordinate with marketing managers to synchronize digital and social channels with external communication content, including social media and email campaigns; provide limited support for client events, possibly outside regular hours.
* Develop and monitor metrics and benchmarks for all communication activities.
* Manage budget tracking and allocation for overall and campaign-specific activities.
* Oversee relevant aspects of marketing procedures and production processes, ensuring adherence and effective risk management.
* Collaborate with team heads across UK and international regions and services to ensure accuracy and relevance of communication materials.
Experience required of PR Manager (Wealth Management):
* 7 years' communications experience, with experience working for a financial services business.
* Experience managing a PR agency or working in a PR agency would be advantageous.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders.
