The Role; Responsible for brand revenue targets and associated products Hitting targets set across multiple products Ensure effective key account management and client retention Creating bespoke proposals to suit client objectives Meeting KPI guidelines for the brands Identify and secure new business opportunities via phone, face to face and email communications Motivate, develop and provide strategies for team members to overcome current challenges Effectively use in-house CRM processes, update and maintain communication with clients Identify and work with marketing on suitable and cost effective exhibitions to attend and staff our presence accordingly Working closely with the editor to deliver on advertiser messages, identify new potential clients and to drive the commercial drive of the brand Working closely with the team to identify and maintain key industry partnerships and media partners Deal with any troubleshooting at events and post issues that may arise maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the best solution / outcome of issues for the business. Identify business development opportunities and business areas within market Qualifications Media Sales and Account Management skills min 1 year Key account Management skills Ability to create bespoke proposal opportunities Strong face-to-face Communication skills Experience in Sales and Lead Generation Experience of CRM systems Demonstration of selling successfully on multiple products Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach OTE £42K Basic Salary: Up to £30K
