Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator/Data Entry Assistant to support their operations in imports and exports. If you have previous experience in data entry, creating export paperwork, and extracting data onto spreadsheets, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry for import and export processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Create export paperwork and documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
Extract data from various sources and populate it onto spreadsheets.
Utilise SAP software for purchasing and ordering at an admin level.
Assist with debt chasing to ensure timely payments.
Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.Working Hours:
Initially, the role will require 2 months of training based in the office.
After the training period, you will have the flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.36.25 Hours per week
Qualifications:
Prior experience in data entry, preferably in imports and exports.
Proficiency in using SAP software for purchasing and ordering.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Pay £14 per hour
