As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Duties
1. Utilise lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates
2. Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to understand their requirements
3. Manage relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
Skills
1. Strong communication skills
2. Experience in sales or recruitment
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships
4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
