Peek-a-boo Nursery school is based in the Barnton area of Edinburgh and is part of CC Nurseries. Our beautiful 84 place setting is in beautiful surroundings close to local forests and Cramond beach. Peek-a-Boo offers a home-from-home environment, led by our passionate and caring team, our nursery is filled with hand-picked resources (natural where possible) to encourage self-directed play and discovery. Requirements
As an Early Years Apprentice you will:
Learn whilst Working
Work to Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate
to their age and stage of development
Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
