Wood is recruiting for a TAR Co-ordinator to join its Operations team responsible for the preparation, execution and close out of assigned platform Turnarounds, in line with Wood / CNOOC Standards and Procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Delivery in-line with "TAR Milestone Tracker" (MST).
2. Facilitate the collation and evaluation of proposed turnaround work scopes.
3. Liaison with both onshore and offshore teams.
4. Participation and contribution to CNOOC Steering Group.
5. Liaison with all Stakeholders, TA's and disciplines to ensure correct level of detail is incorporated into the plan.
6. Implementation of Lessons Learned from previous turnarounds, from all Assets via the 'Turnaround Risk Register'.
7. Deliver constructability reviews (PTL's) of Turnaround & Major scopes.
8. Support and participation in the production of meaningful, robust turnaround plans.
9. Facilitate management and auditing of the Disturbed Joint register.
10. Assist Asset Management team with the execution phase offshore of turnarounds & major scopes.
11. Organisation of Meetings/ workshops/ Training.
12. Management of TAR Dashboard overview and action tracker.
13. Progress and Growth reporting against TAR plan during delivery phase.
14. Managing vendors mobilisation in line with TAR plan and TAR budget.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Communicate the 'Safety Message' to all turnaround stakeholders.
2. Delivery of the TAR with support from the Asset management team inline with the TAR plan, assisting the TAR planner with the rescheduling of work scopes and growth during the delivery phase of the TAR.
3. Organising / Facilitating 'Produce the Limit' (PTL) sessions for significant Engineering / Maintenance scopes to ensure optimum solutions are adopted.
4. Development and refinement of the 'Turnaround Processes and Procedures' in support of safe and successful future turnarounds.
5. Guidance and training to the TAR team, utilising industry knowledge and experience of previous turnaround campaigns.

Expected:
1. Relevant technical qualification (C&G, ONC, HNC+) preferred but not essential.
2. Project management qualification preferred but not essential.
3. Industry/company recognised training in SAP PM module or similar system.
4. Industry/company recognised Knowledge in P6 desired but not essential.
5. Computer literacy required on Windows based applications.
6. Experience of Project management or Turnaround Coordination.
7. Ability to support and Manage Change effectively.
8. Appropriate level of experience in the oil & gas industry preferably gained in offshore / onshore support roles with turnaround management exposure would be beneficial to the position.
9. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and leadership potential.
10. Experience of adapting to /dealing with change and the co-ordination of multi-function / discipline teams.
11. Ability to work using initiative and with minimum supervisory direction.
12. Sound working knowledge and demonstration of safe working practices.
13. Appropriate familiarity with quality processes and the application of continuous improvement tools desirable.
14. Demonstrates highly effective relationship-building internally and externally.
15. Ability to work in a fast moving, customer focused environment whilst maintaining the highest ethical integrity.
16. Ability to understand and respond effectively to the requirements of diverse groups and operations.
