Lead Generator Location: Altrincham on-site 5 days per week Salary: £28-32k OTE £40-45k Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in lead generation or sales. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online databases, social media, and networking. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers. Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitors to refine lead generation strategies. Meet or exceed lead generation targets and KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing. SaaS experience is preferred however not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
