Are you a creative and data-driven social media professional looking to lead impactful campaigns and grow social channels? This business is seeking a Senior Strategic Social Media Marketer to oversee strategy and execution across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll define and execute best practices for social media strategy, leveraging data insights and a creative mindset optimising organic and community mindset
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to engage audiences, grow channels, and deliver on pre-set KPIs.
You will drive high-quality, multi-platform campaigns, you’ll help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the growth and development of all social media channels
* Create strategies and campaigns that optimise content and channel performance.
* Define and track social media KPIs aligned with broader marketing goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the key platform partners
* Collaborate with the Community Manager to drive engagement, strengthen consumer connections, and foster loyalty through world-class community management.
* Use analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and gain consumer insights to inform strategy.
* Oversee the training and development of the social media team, sharing best practices across the organisation.
* Manage the social media budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
* Develop and implement paid social strategies to complement organic efforts.
* Partner with internal teams, including Influencer, Content, Data & Analytics, and CRM teams, to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends and ensure compliance with social media regulations and best practices.

* Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
* Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, paid media, and content teams.
* Knowledge of social media marketing regulations and industry best practices.
* Experience managing significant budgets and delivering ROI.
* Expertise in social tools and platforms like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar.
