Position Overview
Becoming a Membership Sales Consultant at X3 Sports is an incredible opportunity! As a Membership Sales Consultant, you’ll be a brand ambassador and the first person our new members interact with. You set the stage for their entire X3 experience and help them be successful.

Requirements
* Minimum of one year sales experience with fitness industry experience a plus but not required or the ability to relate past experiences to the fitness industry.
* Experience meeting sales targets and outreach requirements or the willingness and energy to learn and perform these tasks.
* Ability to learn software programs, sales systems, and the products and services you’ll be selling.
* Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with leads, members, and co-workers.
* Be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people in person and on the phone.
* Provide excellent customer service to leads and members. Be proactive in determining member needs and resolving concerns or questions.
* Be enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated.
* Meet assigned outreach goals and sales goals.
* Attend all required meetings, on time and engaged.
* As the face of X3 Sports, uphold and adhere to our Core Values.
* Ability to work evenings and Saturdays. Sales Team shifts are scheduled between 9AM and 9PM Monday through Friday and between 8AM and 3PM on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
* Nurture all assigned leads and guide them through the process of becoming a member. Answer questions, help prospects find the right membership package and gear, and overcome objections.
* Acquire leads through networking, talking to members, community outreach, and business partnerships. Maintain an organized daily routine of prospecting activities to generate new leads.
* Track lead journey progress in a CRM system.
* Conceptualize and execute marketing and outreach efforts with the support of the Sales Team and the Marketing Team.
* Increase retention by building relationships with new members and providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure new members have everything they need to be successful.
* Work as part of the team to maintain a clean, organized, and fun environment for leads, members, and co-workers.
* Increase member satisfaction by providing an exceptional customer service experience.
