PRIMARY DUTIES
This individual will be involved in a variety of tasks including:
1. Issue raw materials to Production in accordance with batch sheets / production plan
2. To Carryout SAP Transactions and completion of necessary paperwork
3. To locate raw materials to the correct locations
4. To manage workload priorities
5. To deal with stock discrepancies
6. To assist production where needed – packing, cleaning, weighing and additional tasks
7. Manage stocks on a FIFO basis ensuring batches are picked as required from SAP pick lists
8. Maintaining Health and Safety standards and ensuring good housekeeping in warehouses and safe stacking of pallets
9. Assist with cycle counts and stock takes on RMs
10. Additional duties include moving of finished goods pallets to despatch warehouse to assist logistics
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

11. 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
12. SAP experience
13. IT literate, competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
14. Ability to communicate at all levels and across different functions i.e. Production, Procurement, Logistics etc.
15. Ability to work well under pressure with minimal management if required
16. Good team worker who will willingly support the entire production team and cover other roles due to holidays and absence
17. Exceptional attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
18. GCSE English and Maths or similar, FLT (counter balance), good communication skills, good computer skills
