Job title: CQV Project Lead (Mechanically biased)
SRG are recruiting for a Technical Project Lead with significant CQV experience to define process/utilities procedures and related engineering packages on a Biopharmaceutical site.
About the Job:
As Project Lead, you will be lead and support technical functions across the business. In this role you must have previous experience with Pharma/Biotech process, utilities, and cqv.
Responsibilities:
Execute the mechanical completion walkdowns and review the construction related documentation prior to activity execution: i.e. pressure testing, blow-out/flushing/degreasing/passivation circuits
Follow the construction activities
Participate to the SATs regarding the assigned Units
Review and approve the Commissioning and Qualification documentation
Support for the commissioning and qualification activities until the handover to Operations providing technical solutions to the issues that arise from the CQ phase
Process/utilities areas ownership is defined per PID
Engineering packages ownership is reflected in Project Procurement Plan.
charge of clearly defined process/utilities area(s) and/or engineering package(s) within the Apollo project.
Requirements:
Qualifications in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical or equivalent.
proven experience working in role such as Process Lead, Project Manager, CQV Lead, Technical Lead, or other senior Engineering roles with leading attributes
industrial Engineering systems (e.g., Equipment design, New plant design &Setup, Process design, Commissioning and Qualification).
Participate to the Safety Risk Assessments for the process engineering department
To be able to perform Line sizing calculations, Restriction Orifices
Own the P&Ids
Fluency in English is a must, fluent in German is a distinct preference.
