Primari channels: all social platforms, especially TikTok and Meta. Secondary channels: PPC, display ads, and programmatic media. Oversee and guide a team of paid media experts, offering mentorship and support to ensure successful campaigns and professional growth - once the team is built. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, target audiences, and key performance metrics. Innovate by staying updated with industry trends, exploring new platforms, technologies, and advertising methods to improve campaign outcomes. Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve optimal results. Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, regularly optimising to maximise return on investment and meet client objectives. Create and develop best in class reporting, including product offerings to bring additional insights about ROI impacts for our internal and client teams. Provide clients with strategic advice and insights, using data and industry expertise to guide decisions. Develop and nurture strong client relationships through clear communication, transparency, and dedication to exceptional service. Keep abreast of industry updates, platform changes, and best practices, sharing valuable insights with the team and clients. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, preferably within an agency environment. Demonstrated success in creating and executing paid media strategies that drive significant business results and exceed client expectations. Strong leadership and team management experience, with a background in leading and developing a team of paid media professionals. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights to enhance performance and ROI. Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to both internal teams and clients. Strategic mindset with the creativity to develop innovative solutions to achieve client goals. Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic buying tools. Experience working with clients from diverse industries, with a focus on building collaborative and productive relationships. Enthusiasm for staying ahead of industry trends, exploring new opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.
