Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a social housing scheme. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key project from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards, adherence to timelines, and budgetary control. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the social housing project, from planning to handover. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, building standards, and contractual requirements. Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and report to senior management on project milestones. Promote a collaborative and positive working environment among project teams and subcontractors. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with a focus on social housing schemes. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Familiarity with contract management and project management tools.
