Anti-Social Behaviour Officer - £39,039 paHybrid Working – 3 Days onsite in Hemel HempsteadOur fantastic Housing department has an opening for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer providing a responsive and customer focused service in relation to the management of ASB to Hightown’s residents in rented accommodation, keeping up to date with legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice in this area.The ASB Officer will work alongside Housing Officers in response to ASB reports, taking the lead on, investigating, gathering evidence and resolving ASB reports ensuring that internal policies and procedures are complied with and offering appropriate advice and assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesTo undertake victim and perpetrator risk assessments, ensuring that vulnerable residents are identified and have appropriate support in place.To effectively investigate and manage serious cases of ASB and prepare for legal action where necessary. To ensure that cases have been fully investigated following Hightown's policies and procedures.To provide guidance to victims and witnesses through the legal process as a named contact including updating complainants and victims as to developments of cases.To liaise with and provide supporting evidence to the police and local authorities in applications for Closure Orders.As part of your lead role, you will be expected to keep up to date with legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice in your key area as well as providing guidance to other team members when needed.Due to the nature of the role, you must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.About UsHightown is a charitable housing association operating principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
