We have fantastic opportunity for a Technical Services Adviser to join our Technical Services Division where your main responsibilities will be supporting our partnership with Pension queries as well as mentorship on our Pension Advice Guidance Framework. You will be methodical, organised in your approach to work, have excellent attention to detail and have outstanding verbal and written English skills. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to the Partnership regarding Pensions Support the Partnership with the Pension Advice Guidance Framework Accurately resolve and investigate technical queries Provide a technical query resolution service, via phones, email and Live Chat channels inline with Service Level agreements (SLA's) Provide valuable contributions to the Partnership regarding our products and services Personally contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical query resolution service that we provide to our Partnership Special Requirements: Demonstrate good knowledge of Pensions services and systems Qualified to Level 4 Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and.or CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
