What You’ll Be Doing: Leading injury management and return-to-work programs. Providing guidance on health education and early intervention strategies. Coordinating site health assessments and hygiene monitoring. Driving a culture of safety and wellbeing through proactive initiatives. Collaborating with supervisors, managers, and HSE teams to promote best practices. What You’ll Need to Succeed: A degree in an Allied Health Profession (Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy) with relevant accreditation. Experience in injury management, workplace health, or a similar role (2 years). Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation (or willingness to obtain). Solid communication and relationship-building skills—you’ll be working with a diverse range of people. A ‘can-do’ attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. What’s In It for You?
