Overview: As a Care Expert/Advisor, you will guide caregivers through the challenges of their care journey. This role requires a blend of empathy, IT proficiency and problem-solving skills to provide practical and unbiased advice to caregivers navigating complex care needs. After completing our onboarding program, you will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to make a meaningful impact on caregivers and their families. About You: 2 years experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare, social care or a start-up environment. Knowledge of local authorities, social care structures, and/or working with vulnerable clients. Strong customer advocacy and empathetic approach to support caregivers in challenging circumstances. Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable using CRM and CX systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom) or learning new tools and technologies. You thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability and a track record of success during times of change. You'll be joining an early-stage Care Team, developing expertise in care coordination, advocacy, and relationship management. Day to Day: Handle daily communications via phone, email, and digital channels to support users on the KareHero portal Be a key contact supporting users through their care journey (e.g. conducting care searches, helping users to understand their entitlement to care-related benefits, introductory calls at pre-scheduled appointment times). Maintain accurate records of user interactions, document actions taken, and ensure timely follow-ups. Participating in regular training and audits to stay current on legislation, regulations, and best practices. Drive measurable success in user engagement, satisfaction, and positive outcomes for caregivers and their families.
