About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger and Admin Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and providing administrative support to the finance department.
Responsibilities
1. Process & Verify Supplier Invoices & Credit Notes.
2. Match Invoices with Purchase Orders & Delivery Notes.
3. Reconcile Supplier Statements & Resolve Discrepancies.
4. Communicate with Suppliers and Internal Departments to address invoice queries.
5. Maintain Records & Filing Systems.
6. Data Entry & other various admin duties as and when required from other departments.
Requirements
1. 2 years’ experience of working in accounts/office environment
2. Good numeracy
3. Attention to detail
4. Able to work to deadlines
5. Proactive and positive
6. Communicative and Approachable
7. Fast learner
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12,500.00-£14,000.00 per year
