Sales Support Account Manager Leamington Spa
Salary: GBP30,000 Onsite Role
Are you passionate about customer service and supporting a dynamic sales team? We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Account Manager to join a growing and innovative business in the heart of Leamington Spa, specialising in high-quality packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Be the internal point of contact for customer queries and orders via phone and email.
2. Sales Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Director, including managing pricing, order history, and more while they are on the road.
3. Artwork Management: Oversee the internal and external artwork process, liaising with customers and suppliers.
4. Logistics Coordination: Book logistics and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
5. Order Processing: Handle purchase and sales invoices, generate purchase orders using SAP, and send out sales order acknowledgements daily.
6. Supplier Liaison: Work closely with suppliers to track orders, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain pricing and product specs.
7. Sample Management: Manage production samples, prepare, and send samples as required.
8. Complaint Management: Assist with admin related to customer complaints.
