About the Role:
We are seeking highly driven and experienced Business Development Managers to lead client acquisition and contractor engagement within the IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Technology sectors. This is a 180° sales-focused role, ideal for proactive individuals who can develop and grow a contractor base across multiple skill verticals while securing new client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Logo Acquisition – Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Tech landscapes.
* Contractor Base Development – Build and maintain a strong network of contractor clients across relevant verticals.
* Market Strategy & Expansion – Conduct market research and implement business development strategies to penetrate key markets.
* Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and long-term engagement.
* Commercial Negotiations – Structure competitive contract terms to maximize revenue and client retention.
* Collaboration & Growth – Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in contract recruitment business development, with a proven track record of securing new clients.
* Strong understanding of IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Technology markets.
* Experience in developing and managing a contractor base across multiple skill verticals.
* Self-starter mentality – able to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Highly competitive commission structure <35% of all commission generated for each new client onboarded during the first 12 months of the contractual agreement.
* 20% commission indefinitely on revenue generated from each client logo beyond the first year.
