Position Overview
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join our Production team based in our Teesside Region, reporting to the Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide on-site support to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the build programme and to specified Company standards.
2. Ensure site completion on schedule, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of customers.
3. Manage sub-contractors, plant, and materials effectively.
4. Maintain Health and Safety standards of the highest order.
5. Ensure exemplary standards of site presentation.
Qualifications
The post would suit a candidate with experience in a production role in the house building industry. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work within a team as well as independently, possess effective face-to-face communication skills, and have the ability to motivate people. Candidates will hold a CSCS Supervisor card as a minimum and ideally will have a Trade (City & Guilds) or academic qualification in Construction Management.
