Responsibilities:
1. Planned maintenance and minor repairs to Fire alarm systems & Emergency Lighting plus some work on Warden call systems.
2. Provide high levels of customer service.
3. Maintain a positive image of the company to the customer at all times, through high standards of dress and customer communications.
4. Demonstrate accurate fault finding and reporting techniques where required.
5. Flexible working hours and demonstrate a willingness to help colleagues and customers.
6. Maintain an appropriate level of stock and ensure test equipment is maintained in good working order.
7. Ensure that all company vehicles & tools provided are cleaned and maintained in good working order.
Location: Swindon
Salary: £31,565 - £44,491 (based on experience and grading structure)
