Flourish are supporting our client with recruitment for a new SDR Manager in Guildford. The Business: They provide tech and software services to care centres across the UK and Australia. Their tailored software solutions allow care homes to be more efficient, provide a higher service of care and ensure no detail is missed through their digital note-taking platform. The Role: They're on the hunt for a new SDR manager who will support, mentor and coach the current SDR team with setting new business appointments with a focus on untouched territories. Main coaching focus will be on outbound calling as well as supporting in the SDRs progression into closing-style roles. What they're looking for: 2 years experience in a sales leadership / coaching role. Ideally with a focus on new business representatives. Previous experience in business development focussed roles ideally within the tech space. Proven ability to book new business appointments (coaching and live call sessions). Proven experience in closing and managing the full sales lifecycle. Experience with supporting in the progression of early-careers sales individuals. Basic Salary on offer of £60k-£72k base (DOE) with OTE up to £120K Additional benefits on offer. This role will be office based in Central Guildford. The office has parking and is located 3 minutes away from the train station.
