Role: Customer Service Consultant

Salary: £23,000 Per Annum
Hours: 36 hours/week (Mon-Sat, flexible office hours)
We are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our client based at a Ripon site. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations.
Day to Day of the role:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and a straightforward experience.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and discuss the range of products and services on offer.
* Educate customers on products and services across various channels, ensuring they have all the information they need.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Offer support to vulnerable customers, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Enjoyment in engaging with customers and building relationships.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Adaptability and openness to a variety of tasks.
* Commitment to maintaining high service standards.
