Kitchen Sales Designer We have a proven track record for providing kitchens of the highest quality at competitive prices. Were looking for a passionate, energetic and versatile Kitchen Designer/Sales, who can develop relationships with new as well as existing customers, and provide them with the very best in kitchen design and customer service. This is a permanent full-time role as a Kitchen Sales Designer to sell and design the latest in kitchen brands. This role is supported by an experienced and dedicated back-office purchasing, customer service and logistics team. At Roccia, we have a successful and award-winning team - designing and supplying some of the world's leading manufacturers in a one-of-a-kind showroom, with clients from all over the UK. About You You will be a confident and effective communicator. Enthusiasm to drive your own performance, personally succeed and exceed targets is essential. Self-motivated, flexible, ambitious, proactive and positive. Excellent communication skills and an ability to understand the customers needs. Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel). Experience and knowledge of CAD / Virtual Design packages (Compusoft - Winner Design would be ideal). Showroom experience is preferable. Strong sales background, we sell kitchens from £25k, and all the way up to £150k kitchens. At least 2 years proven experience within the kitchen industry essential. Main Responsibilities: Providing World Class Customer Service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showrooms. Meeting with customers, and preparing and designing project briefs and quotations. Design and formulate inspiring Kitchens with clear specifications and excellent attention to detail. Where necessary, conduct surveys at clients homes to provide detailed drawings and specifications. Sell and design luxury kitchens. Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, where required. Liaise with the fitting team and support installations. Develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our clients with excellent after sales service. What we offer: A fantastic team environment.
