Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Macclesfield Salary: Up to £25,000 basic
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Billing and Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Team with billing runs and associated administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations.
* Support Team Assistance: Provide essential admin support to the Support Team, helping them maintain efficiency and focus on delivering excellent IT services.
* CRM Management: Take charge of CRM administration, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
* Sales and Shipping Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to sales and shipping, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Client Communication: Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Training Coordination: Arrange and coordinate system training sessions for clients, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
Required Skills:
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, demonstrating your ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
* Service Delivery Knowledge: Familiarity with service delivery processes and a strong commitment to enhancing customer experiences.
