A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FINANCE ASSISTANT
This is an exciting opportunity on the
finance ladder and make a real impact. Your role will be hands-on, with a
variety of tasks that help keep our financial processes running smoothly.
You'll be processing supplier invoices through
our Procure Wizard system, ensuring everything is accurate and follows the
right procedures. You'll also lend a hand with daily cash and bank
reconciliations—an important part of keeping our finances in check.
Your attention to detail will shine as you
generate daily reports from our PMS system, providing valuable insights to
support decision-making. You’ll also help with refund form entries, ensuring
precision and compliance every step of the way, all while contributing to our
high standards for audits and regulatory requirements.
This role offers a great mix of
responsibilities, including working with supplier invoices, reconciliations,
reporting, and refund processing. Your efforts will play a key part in keeping
our financial operations efficient and effective.
