We are looking to appoint a Wellbeing and Pastoral Manager with excellent organisational and inter-personal skills to support and enhance students’ emotional wellbeing and mental and physical health on individual and wider level by liaising with external agencies, an internal structure of Tutors, Heads of House and Heads of Year and other stake holders. The appointed candidate will take on a leading role in the interface between school and parents while promoting children safeguarding in the school. The successful candidate will act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, be efficient in data management and analysis and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
