Hours: 39 hours per week alternate weekends; hours can vary from 8.00am-5.30, with flexibility for reducing hours.
Salary: £30,886.44 (dependent upon experience)

As a Deputy Manager, you will ensure that the level of care provided goes beyond professional standards and meets statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will provide inspirational leadership, operational excellence, and daily management to your team, understanding that they are central to achieving outstanding standards of care.

Your duties will include:
1. Leading and supervising carers day-to-day and working alongside them to provide high-quality care.
2. Being responsible for residents' care, liaising with their families and healthcare professionals.
3. Administering medication as required.
4. Hosting resident/staff meetings.
5. Assisting with the management of the Care Home.

To be considered for the role, you will need to:
1. Have your Level 3 in health and social care, be willing to work towards Level 5, and have experience in a healthcare setting leading a team.
2. Have 2+ years of experience at a Senior/Team Leader level within a Care Home setting.
3. Be passionate and possess good communication and organisational skills.
4. Be able to work flexibly across varying shifts, including weekends.
5. Be aligned with our values of connecting with people, making a difference, doing the right thing, and embracing change.
