Main duties of the job Implement, at locality level, the delivery of the pharmacy workforce element of the 5-year ICB Medicines Optimisation strategy across the health and social care system and in all sectors of pharmacy. Support the system integration of pharmacy and the workforce to support national and ICB priorities and the pharmacy workforce to be 'working as one' and understanding the priorities and be fully integrated into multidisciplinary teams, digitally, and across sectors to support delivery of the priorities and improve patient outcomes and medicines value. Support the ICB Pharmacy workforce and integration lead with researching, scoping, developing, and service delivery of a transformational and multi-organisational whole system wide 'deanery style' model for pharmacy workforce training, education and development.
