We are looking for a motivated Science Graduate to join our secondary school in Rochdale as part of our Science department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the classroom and work towards a potential career in teaching. Starting in February 2025, this role is ideal for someone eager to inspire the next generation of scientists As a Science Graduate, you will work closely with our teaching team, providing support to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will: Assist in delivering engaging Science lessons, supporting students with activities in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who need additional help with their studies Help with planning and preparing teaching materials, including practical experiments and learning resources Support classroom management, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment Contribute to extracurricular activities such as Science clubs, after-school revision sessions, or school events This is a great opportunity for a Science graduate to gain hands-on teaching experience and develop skills that will support future teacher training.
